::No - he is correct. The reason for the confusion is because Revco owned a New Jersey-based closeout retailer known as Odd Lot Trading Co. In fact, the reason the Big Lots name came into being was to settle a dispute with Revco concerning the similarity in the names. Anybody questioning this should read the Big Lots history page. Door
Wow. That image of the service entrance really adds something to the article. Brings back memories of smoking a joint out back on my morning breaks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.86.248.1 (talk) 00:05, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
Image
If someone could find/add the Revco logo and/or a picture of an interior of a store, that would be great.69.134.50.153 20:16, 26 July 2005 (UTC)
Odd Lots
Revco never owned the Odd Lots that became Big Lots. The company name that big lots formerly operated under was Consolidated Stores. Big Lots and prior to that Consolidated Stores has been an independent company since 1967. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wearbearcmh (talk • contribs)

Photos?
Does anyone have photos of a "standard" Revco store? We presently have two photos of a Revco that was converted from a movie theater(!), but we have no photos of a Revco in a building or facility that was designed for Revco from the get-go. Such an image would be highly beneficial. SchuminWeb (Talk) 01:17, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
