Parkway Central High School is a secondary school located in Chesterfield, Missouri. Their mascot is the Colts. Parkway Central High School is the original high school of one of the largest school districts in St. Louis County. It serves about 1,400 students in grades 9-12, and reflects the diversity of the surrounding community. About 80 percent of its teaching staff holds postgraduate degrees.

The school has instituted a modified block schedule, offering students seven course selections per semester. It offers a college preparatory curriculum, including advanced placement courses and college credit through several college university systems. Over 90 percent of its graduates continue their formal education beyond high school. Central's ESL program has an enrollment of about 100 students from about 30 foreign countries and serves the entire district.
