Re: Thanks Re: Farmington

No worries! I don't know anything about the area; I only have the article on my watchlist because of some vandalism to it that I fixed, which is some of the longest-lasting vandalism that I've ever encountered! Graham87 00:52, 4 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you note

Thank you very much for your valuable contributions to the article on Bozcaada that I acknowledge. Thanks to your appreciated work WP now has a much better article about the island. I can state it without doubt that IMO your fingers on the keyboard have not done a less important job than your fingers on the atlases. Thank you, again, very much indeed and all the best. --E4024 (talk) 13:48, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks man. My only real concern with the island was that I'm going for a fishing trip in the region next summer and don't want to get lost by using some foolish outdated name. Then I got really excited about the island and have now read most substantive English sources about Bozcaada. I can't wait to eat the fish I caught that day drinking the red wine of Bozcaada and enjoying the sun. My only concern is always "What the evidence says..." and in cases where it is clear like this I find the points against very problematic. Best of luck to you and there's plenty you've taught me about the island, so keep it up! AbstractIllusions (talk) 14:37, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello AbstractIllusions. You may like to check and tell your opinion about this. Filanca (talk) 19:32, 17 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again. Added the table of Takaoglu in Tenedos as you suggested. Could you please have a look and tell me if it is ok? (In the talk page, preferably) Filanca (talk) 13:07, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

Abstract, I have seen you copy editing Greek occupation of Izmir. Some redaction help with your perfect English at the sister page Greek landing at Izmir would also be very much appreciated, in case you have time, as the article could not pass the AfD test and has a poor editing quality. Thank you vm in advance and all the best. --E4024 (talk) 21:30, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, added content to it. I do think Merge is the right option for the page, but maybe giving it a month or two to see if any improvement is possible would be good. Thanks for following me up with copy-editing, much needed. AbstractIllusions (talk) 18:29, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Republic of Pontus, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Sinop (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
