Garra barreimiae is a cave-adapated species of ray-finned fish in the Cyprinidae family. It is found in Bahrain, Oman, and United Arab Emirates.

This species has the following subspecies:

  • Garra barreimiae shawkahensis Banister & Clarke, 1977
