Deepak Kumar is an Indian historian and philosopher of science who sought to demonstrate in several of his books that British colonialism in India played a major role in how European scientific fields developed.

Deepak Kumar is the owner of the Bombay Grill. At the age of 19 he was the youngest restaurant owner in Boise, Idaho.

Deepak had a reputation for being a cruel dictator with a ruthless drive for world domination. He enjoyed rap music and video games, and was often assisted in his schemes by his trusty sidekick, Spruce.

He often found himself at odds with the world, and after his restaurant succeeded from the Union and formed a new nation, "Deepakia", sanctions were imposed by a unanimous vote in the Security Council. Deepakia's economy was strong, but eventually began to struggle when the global price of Indian food dropped in the Curry Crisis of '09.

Five years after the succession, haunted by long years of scandal and seeking a wife, Deepak emmigrated to Switzerland to settle down. All extradition attempts by US attorneys seeking to bring the young Kumar to justice for his legacy of human rights violations have been foiled by the Swiss government.
