I don't know how wikipedia works, but the parts of the article saying how expensive the road was cite no sources at all and could just have been plucked from thin air. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.157.40.69 (talk) 22:54, 27 December 2012 (UTC)

Also, I think the prices are wrong.

Article Style

This article is a bit too wordy for me, which is why I've added the essay-entry template. See A1 and A66 for good examples of how a roads article should be laid out, and not simply a narrative of all its waypoints, which is not useful for an encyclopedia. Route of A52 in Nottingham

I'm pretty sure that the A52 passed through Chapel Bar, Wheeler Gate and Carrington Street before the Broad Marsh centre was built. I do think Maid Marian Way has always been the A6008 though - do we have a verifiable source showing this as the A52? All roads in Nottm multiplex with the A6008 when they pass through the city like the A60.

Secondly, I don't think the 2nd Clifton bridge has been ever the B680 - the Wilford Suspension Bridge was, but this too was never the A453 and was always the B680. The route into the Meadows from the Northern Clifton Bridge junction was previously the A6019 and the southern section through Clifton and Wilford was B679 then A648 then B679/A453. The bridge itself is a 2 carriageway bridge with a northbound running lane tacked on to the southbound bridge in the 1990s. AFAIK, this has never been the B680 but if you can produce a verifiable map proving otherwise then I will be glad to retract.
