I am new to creating wikipedia article. I created the UPTE-CWA 9119 article. This article describes a unique union at the University of California that has sought to radically implement member control as means to not only further democracy but also to function as more potent activists for our interests. |

As you can tell it took me some time to get back to requesting the undeletion of this article. My apologies, it has taken some time for me to muster my priorities to overcome the "quick deletion". |

I do sincerely hope that I can make an effort to meet the concerns of "importance and relevance" that you raised. |
