Busch R. On the history of mucoviscidosis. Dtsch Gesundhs 1978; 33:316 This is a reference in a cystic fibrosis paper, but I can't find the journal on pubmed or google scholar. Many people reference to this and also when you remove the s. Gesundh (according to google translate) means health care reform.
