Unconditional Positive Respect

A similar, alternate meaning is "Unconditional Positive Respect" as used by Gus Lee in his book, "Courage: The Backbone of Leadership". Gus Lee's article page is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gus_Lee. A link to the title from his article page exist but it has not yet been started.
