So let's assume for the sake of discussion that Nihil Novi is 70.28.16.8. So what? 70.28.16.8 has not done any disruptive edits, and forgetting to sign for some edits is hardly a crime. 70.28.16.8 has not been edit warring, so unless there is an instance of double voting or such, this is not a concern. Now, Seraphin was a disruptive editor, sure, but the fact that both he and NN may be based in the same, large city (or visited it briefly...) is hardly a cause for any investigation. This seems very "fishy" to me... --[[User:Piotrus|Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus]]&#124;[[User talk:Piotrus|<font style="color:#7CFC00;background:#006400;"> reply here</font>]] 04:22, 10 April 2013 (UTC)

Serafin was blocked in 2007 for nationalist POV pushing, especially at Nicolaus Copernicus. User:207.112.105.233 started to edit by blankíng User:Serafin's userpage [1] and soon focused on Serafin's main topic: Nicolaus Copernicus' nationality. The IP is located in Toronto, Canada

User:70.28.16.8 is also based in Toronto, Canada and focuses on Copernicus, both IP's share the same POV.

User:Astronomer28 is a single purpose account who made a first (and single) edit in August 2007 (a few months after Serafin's block), a number of edits in in February /March 2008 and returned 5 years later. Astonomer28 edits almost exclusively the Copernicus article

User:Nihil novi, an experienced, usually uncontroversial user, made some distorting corrections of User:70.28.16.8's comment [2]. Falsifying other users comments is not a common behaviour, especially for an experienced user like Nihil Novi, so why should he edit the IP's comment? So let's assume for the sake of discussion that Nihil Novi is 70.28.16.8. So what? 70.28.16.8 has not done any disruptive edits, and forgetting to sign for some edits is hardly a crime. 70.28.16.8 has not been edit warring, so unless there is an instance of double voting or such, this is not a concern. Now, Seraphin was a disruptive editor, sure, but the fact that both he and NN may be based in the same, large city (or visited it briefly...) is hardly a cause for any investigation.
