It underwent two title changes, as the focus changed to feature Superman primarily. In October 1981 the title changed to The World's Greatest Superheores Presents Superman, and 9 January 1983 the title became The Superman Sunday Special. Artists included George Tuska, Vince Colletta, Jose Delbo, Bob Smith, Frank McLaughlin, and Sal Trapani. Writers included Martin Pasko, Paul Levitz, Gerry Conway, Paul Kupperberg, and Bob Rozakis.
