*** "Mostly goodhand/badhand socking" that is right, but not so much 'goodhand' part for the last few months. I am not sure if Makecat is still making more socks, but unlikely you can find anything since most of the socks come from proxies while the main account usually don't. --[[User:Bencmq|Ben.MQ]] ([[User talk:Bencmq|talk]]) 04:17, 16 June 2013 (UTC)

Suspected sockpuppets

Makecat has been blocked for sockpuppetry at zh.wikipedia: zh:WP:VPM#Makecat, zh:维基百科:用戶查核請求/2013/5#WP:LHLS (4) or Makecat, zh:User_talk:Bencmq#已确认, zh:Wikipedia:持续出没的破坏者/Makecat, m:Special:Log/Bencmq, zh:WP:互助客栈/其他/存档/2013年5月#Makecat. I've taken a look at all the centauth pages of all the socks I saw, and there were some enwiki VOA blocks (though I have no way of knowing whether those VOAs were  Confirmed or not as I do not understand zhwiki's CU/SPI system or Chinese), so this may require investigating to protect the interests of the project. Several accounts were blocked on Meta (and a few other random Wikipedias) and/or globally locked. This will obviously require coordination with the zhwiki CUs. •  Clerk endorsed - in the strictest sense of the word, as I do not know if there will be enough evidence to run a check, yet CU attention is required as zhwiki CU info is obviously necessary. Rschen7754 12:25, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
