89.5 Brigada FM is the flagship FM station of Brigada News, located in 2nd floor, Brigada Complex, NLSA Road, Barangay San Isidro, General Santos City, Philippines.

Profile

The station was launched on October 18, 2009 during the 4th foundation anniversary celebration of Brigada News Philippines, the #1 local daily newspaper/Local TV/FM in Mindanao. Its Format is an innovation of mixing the modern AM’s news and public affairs programs with quality music of traditional FM programming, newscast, commentary and other variety shows.

According to the latest official survey result conducted by The Nielsen Company, Brigada FM is #1 in News, Commentaries & Public Affairs and #2 in Music and over all ratings in both FM and local TV stations in General Santos City.

From the Tuna Capital of the Philippines and Home of the Champions; the commercial capital of Central Mindanao, our transmission covers the following primary areas: General Santos City, province of Sarangani and South Cotabato. Secondary areas: Provinces of Davao del Sur, Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat, parts of Bukidnon, Compostela Valley and Davao Oriental.
