Toots is a slang term for "babe" or "sweetie" or "honey," or, more-negatively, "tart" or "prostitute." It is a term of familiar endearment and a nickname, or can also be considered disrespectful or a pejorative. It is pronounced to rhyme with "foots," not "boots". "Toots" may also refer to:
- Toots and the Maytals, a Jamaican musical group
- Frederick "Toots" Hibbert (1945- ), a ska and reggae musician, founder of Toots and the Maytals
- Jean "Toots" Thielemans, a Belgian jazz artist
- One of the Bash Street Kids from The Beano comic
- A character in the British comic anthology "Bunty"
- Toots Meretsky (1912–2006), a Canadian basketball Olympic medalist
- Toots Shor (1903–1977), a restaurateur
- Toots Shor's Restaurant, a former restaurant opened by Toots Shor
- Aleksander Toots (born 1969), deputy director of the Estonian Internal Security Service
- Joosep Toots, one of the main characters from Oskar Luts' "Kevade", "Suvi" and "Sügis"
- A train
