This article needs references to the tacit "shared value" that a "life script" exists and that one must follow these prescribed steps within a prescribed timeframe to be esteemed as "successful" by society:
- Graduate high school
- Graduate college
- Start a career
- Get married
- Buy a house
- Have kids
- (your kids go to step 1)
- Retire
- Die

Article needs to be forked
The cusper archetype is wholy unrelated to the slacker/twixter one. As a cusper (and proudly not a twixter), I suggest a new article be formed.
Young adults at 12? 12 y.o.'s should still be dependent on their parents (guardians). And 29 seems too old... 17-25? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.114.68.47 (talk) 01:29, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
