Eastern Bengal and Assam[1] (Bengali: পূর্ববঙ্গ ও অসম Assamese:অসম ও পূর্ববঙ্গ) was a short-lived province of British India, constituted of the eastern portion of the erstwhile province of Bengal and the Chief Commissioner's province of Assam. It existed between 1905 and 1911.
