History

In 1997, Information Management India Software (IMISoft) was established by Mr. Vishwanath Alluri as a business for developing structural engineering software for the design of telecom and power transmission towers. In 1999, Vishwanath Alluri co-founded IMImobile along with his technical director, Shyam S. Bhat.[6]

In 1999, IMImobile was established as a division within IMISoftware, a business developing software for the design of power transmission and telecom towers.[6] In 2001, the company started development of the DaVinci Evolved Service Platform (ESP), a mobile service delivery platform, with the aim of providing telecom operators a flexible foundation on which new services could be delivered to their subscribers.[6]
