Igloo bug

I was running Ingloo tonight and reported a vandal to AIV. [1] But, the vandal was already listed by ClueBot NG in the bot section. Is there any way to prevent this? Cheers, →♠Gƒoley↔Four♣←`

Matter Regarding Previously Deleted Page

Hello,

I would like to create a page called Aquarium Architecture, however, there was once a page called this that was deleted by you. I do not know what this page previously talked about, so I do not believe I will be recreating this page. However, I would like to confirm what the page was for previously, if you could please inform me on this matter that would be much appreciated.
