Article name?

It looks like the correct title of this article should have been for 1999-2000. Is that correct? — EncMstr 03:42, 15 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It depends. It would be correct to do so, but it would also be inconsistent with the 4-digit/dash/2-digit naming of all the articles. I'm sure in leaving it as is, it still would be understood as 1999-2000. The problem with renaming it to 1999-2000 is that someone else might stumble along it and believe that no other lineups exist and perhaps begin to create his or her own, which was the same thing that happened to me, thus creating needless redundancy, which in my case for some of the 1990s and 2000s lineups I've noticed has since been corrected by someone via my suggestion of a merging of those lineups.

Additionally, I've noticed someone designating mid-season shows as fall debuts. I suggest that if a mid-season show that had debuted in the previous season reappears on any fall schedule, perhaps it could be highlighted in bold and italicized to mark that distinction. I had already reverted the 1993-98 fall lineups back to official fall debut designations before realizing that maybe I should propose the bold and italicized suggestion for new mid-season shows beginning a second year. uniquester
