The shortcomings section is biased, implying that it is cumbersome, but doesn't reflect the other side, many of whom criticize the law as allowing seizures too easily. Gacharya 23:13, 9 February 2007 (UTC)gacharya[reply]

I completely agree. The article is completely biased. Prasad

Cleanup

I am putting up a cleanup tag. I am not very familiar with the law, so I'll stick to correcting the grammar and formatting the text. Also, the article does not cite references. Please add them up if you know of any. Srikumar (talk) 00:27, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV failure

The inferences section suffers from NPOV failure. What does it mean by "inferences" in the first place? Whose inferences? I am not particularly sure about the utility of this section. Srikumar (talk) 00:27, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed move

Should this be moved to Land Acquisition Act (India)? Singapore and Malaysia have acts with similar names. Crisco 1492 (talk) 02:44, 21 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
