== Apple acquired multi touch ==

Does this mean apple acquired most of their multi touch patents from fingerworks and they didn't actually invent it first? What sort of patents did apple acquire from fingerworks anyway? And making it so restricted to their own products when it was originally meant to help people with RSI using any make of computer seems kind of wrong to me.
