Song |
Aao Huzoor Tumko is a Hindi film song by Asha Bhosle. It was used in the 1968 film Kismat.[1]
Popularity
The song became very popular upon its release. It made Babita very popular also. The song is a breezy cabaret number composed by O. P. Nayyar and sung by Asha Bhosle. It was written by lesser known Noor Devasi. The picturisation was shot in a party attended by Manoj Kumar and Babita. They entered the party and Babita started drinking alcohols abruptly. This intoxicated Babita and she didn't know what to do. She was in a kind of ecstasy and started singing "Aao Huzoor Tumko, Sitaron Mein Le Chalu, Dil Ghum Jaye Aise, Baharon Mein Le Chalu". She was doddering as she was tripsy and sang subconsciously the lines. She defied Manoj Kumar to sing and dance with her.
