Hi there @Krishna Chaitanya Velaga: Glad you liked my page.. The page design is a mix of a variety of templates, wikicodes, html, etc,. You can add userboxes, which speaks on you behalf, add topicons the small little icons on the top right and many more. You'll get more familiar with these stuff in the course of time.. Go to other user's pages, read the source code and explore!! You can also visit The user page design center, to help you create a great userpage. Hope you enjoy being here.. Hi Jaaron95, I would like some advice please. I wish to write a new page on a surgical procedure which I have pioneered and which can be referenced by at least 5 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals. As I read it, this would probably make it acceptable as a new page especially as it is currently not referred to at all. Could you please confirm that this is likely to be the case before I spend a lot of time on creating the new page? Secondly I have trademarked the new procedure and so the name of the procedure is registered. It is there for anyone to learn and use...there is no patent. However, if I refer to the procedure by its trademarked name then I would need to put a registered symbol next to the name...is this acceptable?

Hi @Lawrence Hirst: Sorry for my late response, was away for a while. Yes, you can create an article which is well sourced, which includes peer reviewed scientific sources as well. But there is one thing to note.. Wikipedia's articles should be released for free use, and hence you cannot add copyrights or anything of that sort. Wikipedia copyright policy reads,

“ If you contribute text directly to Wikipedia, you thereby license it to the public for reuse under CC BY-SA and GFDL...Permission is granted to copy, distribute and/or modify Wikipedia's text under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License and, unless otherwise noted, the GNU Free Documentation License. unversioned, with no invariant sections, front-cover texts, or back-cover texts. ”

Hi Jaaron95 I think I understand what you are saying ie that anything I add in an article including the trademarked name can be extracted by anyone to use elsewhere. I have no problem with that, what I expect is the case, is that no one else can use the trademarked name by itself as though it belonged to this third party. I will also check with my patent attorney but interested to hear your views. @120.146.168.10: No, your trademarked symbol/name will oblige all the legal terms. You will be protected legally if someone tries to use your copyrighted name. Third party has no rights to use your copyrighted name without your prior permission. Only the content/info is free to reproduce in Wiki. Hope this helps. Dear Jaaron95 I am Antonino Arconte user: AntoninoArconte you deleted my contribution to the page TD Ameritrade, but thou hast done evil. I inserted the news of an action which is extremely unfair and illegal committed by TD Ameritrade on accounts of all the customer resident in country indicated. The news is true and verifiable from the documentation in the link to my blog that was indicated in the text. I'm a supporter of Wikipedia from when there is, and never recognizable false news. The FINRA judgment regards my complaint and I am currently looking for a lawyer that bring the case in Court and of a popular jury. Probably I'd like the lawyers who have made the class action against TD Ameritrade, thanks to those who have published the news. Woe to allow that banks like this go unpunished. Everyone must know what they are doing and how they act and my text is inserted into a page to fit and relevant. I ask you to leave it and if anything to fix it. I am not very practical
