Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited NGC 6000, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mag. Diana and Landmines: Using wikipedia to self promote a business

An encyclopedic article should avoid using adjectives as used in the sentence "the world's oldest and largest" that is quoted from that organization's press release. It is also factually inaccurate, as there are older mine clearance organizations (in the US and South Africa, for example) and there are larger ones in operation today. This is also irrelevant to the article about Princess Diana, and does not appear next to names of other organizations she had worked with, which may also call themselves largest, oldest or best — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:2F0E:2:A800:A193:24FD:E5AA:4E22 (talk) 13:17, 16 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Noni Scripts @ indo-english scripts.

   Sir/Mdm(wiki),
I have invented a new scripts, which named "Noni Scripts" (in my name also it can say " Indo-English Scripts" (by characterestic),
We have so many languages which have no own Scripts. My scripts will helps such languages to writing more easyest ways.
Bishnupriya Monipuri language is such a language. Not only it; there have thousands of Indian languages and thousends of community languages in world. Noni Script is very usefull to pick-up their original vockbulary.
Since last twenty years i am devoloping it. And it now cames a final shape. Me and my facebook friends using it very comfortably. I am using it since last ten years.
The method is very easy to learn. It only takes five minutes to learn it.
   Method :-
There have twenty six nos of English alphabets; Which five nos of vowels and twenty one nos of consonants.
   Now First:-
I have changed the vocabulary of five English vowels (not scripts) into Indian vowels; such Debonagory i.e. Sanskrit language. Also its sub-language like Hindi, Bengali etc; that vowels are similar in vocabulary.
 Second:-
Rest twenty one English consonant remain un-changed as it in English by vocabulary and scripts.
 THIS IS THE MAIN FORMULA.
Changed vocabulary of vowels below:-

(1) A (Eng)= আ (Bengali) आ (Hindi/Sanskrit) (2) E (Eng)= এ (Beng) ए (Hin/Sns) (3) I (Eng)= ই (Beng) इ (Hin/Sns) (4) O (Eng)= অ (Beng) अ (Hin/Sns) (5) U (Eng)= উ (Beng) उ (Hin/Sns),

Rest twenty one English consonants remain un-changed in vocabulaty and
scripts.
  Example:-

(a) আমি অবসর এবং ইহার উপর দিয়ে গিযেছি( Bengali Language )= Ami obsor ebong ihar upor diye giyesi (Noni Scripts) (b) आप अभी इधर उसकी एतराज़ दर्ज करे(Hindi Language)= Ap ovi idhor uski etraj dorj kore (Noni Scripts). (c) Europe and America are unite in Miami (Eng)= Iurup end Amerika ar eunite in Miyami (Noni Scripts). (d) I am an educanist working on scripts; to and go both vocabulary are not similar syllable (Eng)= Ai em en Edukesonist uarking on skripts; tu end go both vokabulari ar not similar sillebl (Noni Scripts).

N.B.:- This scripts for non-english languages who have no scripts. But it is same effective also for English and other languages who have scripts.

Thanks if you give your feedback to me. I am> Noni Gopal Singha. Po-Rajbari. Vill-Mandop-Para. Dist-North Tripura. State-Tripura. Country-India. Pin- 799253. e-mail- n o n i g o p a l 2 4 @ gmail.com Mob- 09612139525 (m)

I am completely new to Wikipedia and, to be honest, don't understand a word of the plethora of instructions spread all over the place. All I am trying to do is factually update our page to make the information about Stockport College current and correct. I understand this is the purpose of Wikipedia. I understand your role in trying to ensure the page isn't used for promotional purposes but the information I edited was designed to be accurate and not overtly 'sales' in tone. Hello from Dedy2109

Hello, I am writing regarding rejection of the submission of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Job-Q.com The rejection reason was that the subject does not meet the WP:ORG, however, I would like to appeal, as it is stated in WP:ORG:"However, smaller organizations and their products can be notable, just as individuals can be notable. Arbitrary standards should not be used to create a bias favoring larger organizations or their products." Job-Q.com has been present for almost 10 years, recognition of its contribution are listed (from government bodies and educational institutions), and reference to the business registration has been provided. There are many organization, even though "notable" and exclusively covered by media, but closing down after 2-3 years. Once again, I am requesting your time to look into the references in detail in considering its notability. Thank you very much. Dedy2109 (talk) 03:23, 23 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Accidents and incidents involving the An-12 family, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ukrainian. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello, can you see this? can you help me create a page please?

Hello @Bradturvey: thanks for your interest in contributing to Wikipedia. To create article, the subject must meet notability guidelines. And, if you're trying to create a page on yourself, it is highly discouraged. Please also see Your first article. Regards—UY Scuti Talk 15:20, 3 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello from Masrur Khan

Hi, I am writing a Wikipedia page on my late uncle Aminul Huq Moni. He was an highly accomplished sports organiser and media administrator. Please do not delete the page. It is a work in progress. Thanks, Masrur

@Masrur Khan: Sorry that you've received not a very warm welcome. But that page there doesn't seem to have met our notability criteria (in my opinion). So, I've taken the article for the community to discuss up here. Feel free to make your point there. on a lighter note, I'm not going to delete your article. Hello from Snew1

Hi, I just received your message about my recent edit of the company, Partnerships BC. I would just like to confirm that there was nothing promotional in my text as we are a government entity, we have no interest in advertising, I was simply defining/explaining our company. Would you consider reinstating my entry? Explaining what our company does is not advertising, it's informative. Thank you Snew1 (talk) 19:24, 19 January 2016 (UTC)January 2016[edit source][reply]

@Snew1: Hello and thank you for your interests in contributing to Wikipedia. And please accept my apology for the late reply. Your edits to the article Partnerships BC made it sound like a promotional piece. Articles in Wikipedia needs to be encyclopedic and not promotional (it's one of the things Wikipedia is not for). Words like What we do aren't encyclopedic. And since you work (or you own) the company, I'd highly recommend against editing that article, since you have a conflict of interest. Kindly leave me a message if there's anything else that I can do for you. Regards—UY Scuti Talk 18:26, 22 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Question about the Relist

Greetings, You relisted the Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/University College Dublin Students' Union (2nd nomination) and I'm not sure if I need to add a "keep as above" note or not to the discussion now? Can you advise? 🍺 Antiqueight chat 22:49, 25 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello and thanks for getting to me. You need not do anything. Relists are done to extend the closing time of the discussions to seven more days, so as to attract more discussion/participation. Regards—UY Scuti Talk 08:32, 26 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello from Simon T8W

Hello friend! One of my articles https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sammy_Darko has been listed as part of to be deleted pages. Can you please remove that error message that displays at the top as the necessary changes have been made. Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by Simon T8W (talkcontribs) 23:21, 2 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Simon T8W: thanks for getting to me and sorry for the late reply. That tag in your article is not an error message. It is the message displayed as a result of an editor nominating it for deletion discussion here. The editor thinks that the article doesn't meet the notability criteria for people. How this helps. Hello from 89.133.187.29

Hi Dear UY Scuti! Thank you very much that in January 29 you relisted the AfD article that I am working on. This is a 6 years old article that was not properly sourced, and thou I am new here, I still found more than 40 new sources that I have already built in. However, I have almost no one who would control what I am doing. May I kindly ask you just to take a glance to the article and let me know your thoughts? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zolt%C3%A1n_Deme and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Zolt%C3%A1n_Deme My other problem is that this tag "Find sources: "Zoltán Deme" – news · newspapers · books · scholar · JSTOR · free images" proved to be useless for reaching the sources of the 1960-1980 decades, especially the sources of the past communist countries in East Europe where most of the libraries very poorly digitized. For example "Scholar" gives 1 citation, though just with 10 minutes research I got immediately 20 citations! [[1]] page 65 [[2]] p.2 [[3]] p.23 [[4]] p.1 [[5]] p.289 [[6]] p.5 [[7]] p.2 [[8]] p.353 [[9]] p.35 [[10]] p.1 [[11]] p.46 [[12]] p.75 [[13]] p.63 [[14]] p.84 [[15]] p.64 [[16]] p.1 [[17]] p.48 [[18]] p.317 [[19]] p.196 [[20]] p.101. (Plus I got many items, as "required reading" in the universities, like [[21]] p.1 [[22]] p.1 [[23]] p.48 [[24]] and so on). For other example, Books, Google Books gives 3 items, while this site (and others) show the pictures and data of more than 20 items! [[25]] [[26]] [[27]] This misleads almost everyone, presents the subject non-notable with only one citation and three books, thus, I had to go over this problem and collect printed material. Would you kindly investigate the improved article, is my work now sufficient? I saw your contributions, so any advice or any proposal I would accept from you! Thank you for reading this message, with hope and kind regards, Norbert. 89.133.187.29 (talk) 20:54, 11 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Survived Issue

I think that it is about time to take this case off hold and do something with it, such as ask the users to discuss further based on the inconsistent replies at the Language Desk, or to propose an RFC. Robert McClenon (talk) 19:45, 11 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Robert McClenon: Yes, it's about time that I opened it.. I'll restart the discussion today at a latter time today. Regards—UY Scuti Talk 01:04, 12 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I thank UY Scuti for your moderation of this point, which is now resolved. American In Brazil (talk) 11:18, 13 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, UY Scuti. I'm not sure why you relisted Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cruise (film) "to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus" just a few hours after the seven days had passed — please give admins a little more time. Anyway, I thought the consensus was pretty clear, especially considering the only single "keep" commenter admitted he had missed a relevant part of WP:GNG. So I've closed as "Delete"; I hope you don't mind. Bishonen | talk 16:16, 18 February 2016 (UTC).[reply]
