Kevin Folta mediation

I have asked for mediation in regards to Kevin Folta. Jerod Lycett (talk) 18:51, 15 September 2015 (UTC)

Wuerzele is blocked for 36 hours, SageRad has only participated in the talk page so far. Not sure where mediation would lead us in that regard. One of the reasons why I left wiki (kind of, since I'm here now,... sort of) is that unless in extreme cases, disputes are often unsolvable and linger on forever. On the talk page we currently have a debate about how science and NPOV aren't even possible. When Wuerzele gets back we can see if they'll agree to mediation. If we can't agree to trying mediation the next step is ArbCom and all the fun that goes with that. Jerod Lycett (talk) 19:08, 15 September 2015 (UTC)

On en Wikipedia our ArbCom can hand out topic-based arbitrary sanctions. Basically they can say, anyone editing any article related to GMOs and putting an anti-science POV can receive any punishment, from a warning, to an indef ban. This would apply to all editors, even those not currently involved, and all edits. Jerod Lycett (talk) 19:22, 15 September 2015 (UTC)
