What Could Possibly Go Wrong? is a TV show by Calico Creations. The TV show stars Bubsy, a video game character created by Michael Berlyn. It marks the first and only television appearance of the character. It also was intended to start a series which then never came to fruition. The show appears to be closer to the character's second video game (which would debut the following year), considering the characters used. The title comes from the comment Bubsy speaks when a player begins the first stage of the first video game.

Plot

The show starts with Bubsy in his house with his pet armadillo, Arnold. Moments later, his younger mischievous nephews, Terrence and Theresa, come to spend some time for their birthday.

In another scene, Allie Cassandra, who is the show's antagonist, is watching news on television. In the televised news, Virgil Reality, a scientist, unveils a special helmet that enables the wearer to construct things using only thought. Allie becomes interested and therefore sends her two henchmen (Buzz and Sid a Buzzard and a Shrew) to steal the helmet.

Bubsy and his nephews come to the laboratory of Virgil to volunteer to test the helmet. After Bubsy and Arnold test the helmet where they go through dangerous environments and survive, the little bobcats want to have a try on the device. But because Bubsy refuses, Terrence and Theresa take the helmet without Bubsy knowing.

Outside the laboratory, Terrence and Theresa are enjoying their use of the helmet as they create toys and various fun stuff. Momentarily, Buzz & Sid spot and come to them. But before Allie's two henchmen can immediately take the helmet, the little bobcats create a roller coaster which carries away everybody at the scene. Bubsy comes out of the laboratory, and is surprised by what his nephews have been doing. Bubsy manages to grab onto and ride at the back of the roller coaster. The big bobcat tells the little ones to stop the coaster, and they agreed. As the roller coaster comes to sudden stop, everyone onboard gets thrown off, except Terrence and Theresa who have their safety bar on. Allie's henchmen refuse to leave empty-handed as Buzz launches the purple shrew who is able to take the helmet from one of the little bobcats. But because Sid is dim-witted, Bubsy manages to give the rodent a stick of dynamite (disguised as a hotdog) in exchange for the helmet which Sid agrees. While Bubsy is walking comfortably with the helmet, the blast from the dynamite stick sends the buzzard and shrew flying at the big bobcat's direction, enabling the two henchmen to retake the helmet. The two thieves also take Terrence and Theresa.

At Allie's hideout, she uses the helmet to create all luxury she wanted. In another room, Buzz is planning to make a stew out of the little bobcats. Sid, however, receives a phone call. On the phone, Bubsy calls and pretends to be a caterer selling some delicious delicacies. The purple shrew, who is still dimwitted, falls for it and gives the address of the hideout, much to the dismay and anger of Buzz and Allie. Bubsy and his gang break into the hideout. A sequence of surreal frenzies occur as the helmet moves from one individual's head to another. When Bubsy takes the helmet and dons it, the head gear starts to go haywire after so much use, causing everyone around to believe it's going to detonate. Fortunately for Bubsy, the helmet does not explode. Instead Allie, Buzz, and Sid are seen tied together in a rope. Bubsy and Arnold are then electrocuted (and presumably blown up) by the malfunctioning helmet as the episode ends.
