UNDO tool

I have no idea why you made this undo: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Uganda_Anti-Homosexuality_Act,_2014&diff=690995340&oldid=690936041 Can you please explain? There is currently a citation error on the page. Look at the references section, #23. Clearly says " Cite error: Invalid ref tag; name "re-open_Oct_2011" defined multiple times with different content (see the help page).". My edit fixed the formatting causing the error, and did absolutely nothing to change any content on the page. So I can only hope your "undo" was a mistake, as the only thing it accomplished was restoring the error to the page. Furthermore, the undo tool should have a limited use, mostly for reverting vandalism. You at the very least needed an edit summary to explain why you made your changes, so I didn't have to bug you here to figure it out. As your edit only restored an error on the page, I have reverted it as hopefully a simple mistake on your part, and not something more malicious like vandalism.
