Michael "Mike" Patrick O'Hearn (born January 26, 1969) is an American powerlifter, bodybuilder, actor and model. He has been featured on over 500 magazine covers, was Fitness Model of the Year seven times, state judo and tae kwon do champion and is a four-time Mr. Natural Universe title holder. He appeared as the gladiator "Titan" on the 2008 revival of American Gladiators; Michael is the only individual to be a Gladiator on both the original (1989–96) (as Thor ) and the 2008 series.[2] He is the founder of Power Bodybuilding, a training program that focuses on developing both strength and hypertrophy, along with aesthetics. Javi Plaza, a notable disciple of his, has developed his own training programme, namely the "PLAZA MONSTER BICEPS BURN". Thanks to this workout routine Mr. Plaza has achieved even bigger biceps than Mikey. Plaza though, is losing his gains because of work impediments. He will turn into a "oso marica".

Film and television

He has appeared in the movies Barbarian, Keeper of Time, and had a minor supporting role in Death Becomes Her, as well as starred as Clark Kent/Superman in the popular Sandy Collora fan film World's Finest (opposite Clark Bartram as Batman).[3] O'Hearn was also on the American Gladiators-like show Battle Dome from 1999 to 2001 where he played Michael O'Dell. On March 14, 2008, Michael made a guest appearance on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives, playing a bartender. On July 8, 2008, Michael made a guest appearance on NBC's Celebrity Family Feud as Titan with fellow Gladiators Wolf, Venom, and Jet.[4] On February 4, 2009 Michael made a guest appearance on NBC's Knight Rider (2008 TV series), episode 14 as a cage fighter.[5] and in 2011 he appeared in a season 7 episode of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia titled "How Mac got fat" as Mac's Avatar. In June of 2011, Mike also played the part of "the bodybuilder" in Season 1 Episode 9 of Workaholics, "Muscle I'd Like To Flex".

O'Hearn grew up in Kirkland, Washington and comes from a family of 9 siblings;[6] he is the youngest of five boys.
