The GovLab and MacArthur Foundation Research Network on Opening Governance have developed and launched the Network of Innovators; expert skill-sharing platform. NoI makes easily searchable the know-how of innovators on topics ranging from opening up data, developing prize-backed challenges and use of crowdsourcing for public good.
