Hi, I declined the unprotection request because you had not asked the protecting admin before listing at WP:RFPP. The reason, the instructions there ask you to consult the protecting admin first, is because no admin would be willing to unprotect without doing so. Whilst I realise that it was you who had initially requested protection of the page, there may have been additional issues with which the protecting admin would be familiar. == Heavy handed warning ==

Hi, I deleted the warning you posted on Robbot12's talk page because I felt that it was too heavy handed. A page creator is entitled to blank a page that they have created, there is even a deletion request for such an event. == I believe you are confused ==

First, why would you use a "welcome" message on the talk page of a user who has been editing 17 months longer than you have? Second, after over 1100 edits, I am well aware of the citation policy. Third, I removed uncited, false information, as noted in the edit comment; I did not, as your note on my talk page asserts, "add or change content" that would be citable in-article. Fourth, since removing content leave nowhere to put a citation, I deliberately put the URL of my source in the edit comment, and add it here again now—note that "the second biggest selling compilation in history" according to that page is in fact Billy Joel, and that two further Beatles compilations, 1962–1966 and 1967–1970 outrank 1 (The Beatles album). Fifth, I suggest you read that supporting documentation before reverting my forthcoming reversion. Sixth, I appreciate you keeping an eye out for vandalism and proper citations, yet would further appreciate more care and attention as you do so, especially when using automated tools and bots. Finally, while I believe you chose the wrong message to leave on my talk page, thank you for at least leaving something so I would know to go refix the article. Your user page is now on my watchlist, so any further reply can go in either location. --KGF0 ( T | C ) 05:50, 13 February 2010 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
