Steve Coulter[1][2] is best known for being the drummer of 90s Powerpop band Ridel High[3] and Rock band Tsar.[4][5]
Coulter most recently played on the 2011 Tsar EP "The Dark Stuff".[6][7]
In 2013 Coulter reunited with the newest version of Ridel High.
