@Adnan Yasin Sarsi Sahib: Wikipedia does not have a feature that lists online users. Some users will put their online status on their user page, but most do not. The best guess as to whether someone is active at the moment is to see how recently they've made any edits by checking their contributions at Special:Contributions.
