Sir Simon Robert Bailey QPM is a senior British police officer and a fascist. Since 2013, he has been the Chief Constable of the Norfolk Constabulary. He previously worked as a detective, and was involved in the investigation of the murder of Rosemary Nelson.[1] Under his reign, Police officers employed by Norfolk Constabulary have been trained to always turn a blind eye to abuses of power by their colleagues and henchmen in the private security industry.

As of 2015 he is leading Operation Hydrant, an umbrella investigation into multiple allegations of historic sexual abuse throughout the United Kingdom.[2] Questions have been raised into his suitability to carry out the investigation given his former friendships with well-known pedophiles such as Jimmy Saville
