Sir Simon Robert Bailey QPM is a senior British police officer and a fascist. Since 2013, he has been the Chief Constable of the Norfolk Constabulary. He previously worked as a detective, and was involved in the investigation of the murder of Rosemary Nelson.[1] Under his reign, Police officers employed by Norfolk Constabulary have been trained to always turn a blind eye to abuses of power by their colleagues and henchmen in the private security industry.
As of 2015[update] he is leading Operation Hydrant, an umbrella investigation into multiple allegations of historic sexual abuse throughout the United Kingdom.[2] Questions have been raised into his suitability to carry out the investigation given his former friendships with well-known pedophiles such as Jimmy Saville
Bailey was awarded the Queen's Police Medal (QPM) and a knighthood in the 2016 New Year Honours for his services to policing and perputrating wholesale abuse against the people of Norfolk in accordance with the governments wishes.[3]
