Windows Anytime Upgrade

Hello again, Codename Lisa. I have yet another question for you, if I may. I recall that you helped with the Windows Ultimate Extras article in an effort to make it a Good Article, but I wonder what can be done for Windows Anytime Upgrade. Do you have any modifications or suggestions like before? I am eager for your response and, as always, thank you for your time. (IanWilliam20 (talk) 00:57, 12 January 2017 (UTC))[reply]

Hello, IanWilliam20
The article is missing a picture of the primary subject. Also, it is silent about Windows 10. Try this: [1]. Other than that, I think it can be put up for GAC.
Best regards,

Hello.
How would one go about adding this information? Would a separate subsection dedicated to the new features in Windows 8.x / Windows 10 suffice? Or should the information about Windows 10 be added to the introduction as well? Thank you. (IanWilliam20 (talk) 01:09, 14 January 2017 (UTC))[reply]
You see the "Overview" section? It must have "Windows 8.x version" and "Windows 10" subsections. Also the article should preferably be renamed "Add features to Windows".
Best regards,

Template for latest stable software release

Hi!

Going to try asking this here, although I already asked in the template talk page. On the Google Photos software template page, you changed the plainlist format into a multiple releases branch format. I'm just curious about the differences and which one I should use in the future? Thanks. LocalNet (talk) 07:09, 15 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, LocalNet
I did it because someone changed the layout in the Google Photos article to stacked layout. Apart from its suitability for the stacked layout, {{Multiple releases}} has a cleaner syntax and does not need all the frills around it.
Best regards,
Codename Lisa (talk) 07:17, 15 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, OK! I'm to blame for the stacked layout, hehe. I thought it would look better. Didn't know such a template existed, but it does seem cleaner for multiple release versions. Thanks for the info! :) LocalNet (talk) 07:22, 15 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@LocalNet: Actually, I could argue that you should praise the stacked layout instead of blaming it. Its positive impact is fully felt in the Opera Mini article.
Best regards,

I was blaming myself, not the stacked layout, but it's good to hear I made a smart decision adding it, hehe. Thanks :) LocalNet (talk) 07:34, 15 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Codename Lisa!
Just a quick note - copyright violations (as per those you've been keeping an eye on at Windows 10 version history - many thanks for doing this!) usually should be revision-deleted as well as reverted. I tend to use the #wikipedia-en-revdel channel on IRC for this, but there are a number of ways you can report these.
Many thanks, and enjoy the rest of the weekend! Mike1901 (talk) 09:40, 15 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
