The Global Honored Crown World Heavyweight Championship is the top title of the Japanese professional wrestling promotion Pro Wrestling NOAH. It is one of only three World Heavyweight Championships centrally defended in Japan.

The longest reigning champion is Kenta Kobashi, with a record of two years and 13 title defenses.

The GHC Heavyweight Championship is considered to be the most prestigious currently active title that is not internationally recognized as a World Title.

It officially became a World title when Naomichi Marufuji successfully defended the title against Nigel McGuinness on September 16, 2006 in Manhattan, New York at a Ring of Honor event.
