Excalibur is a fictional Noble Phantasm in the computer video game Fate/stay night.
Excalibur is the second revealed Noble Phantasm of the Servant Saber. It is based on the sword Excalibur of the British legend of King Arther, the same legend on which Saber is based.
While some legends confuse Excalibur with the famous "Sword in the Stone", this sword is based on the legends where Excalibur is received later. In fact, Caliburn, which is the name given to the "Sword in the Stone", was lost before Saber acquired Excalibur.
Excalibur looks very similar to Caliburn. However, Caliburn is not a Noble Phantasm.
