Rahul Kumar is an Indian football player who plays as a Defender for I-League team Salgaocar.[1] Kumar was one of the original players of Pune F.C. in 2007.

Kumar played the school nationals in Kolkata in 2001, and in Chandigarh in 2002. He also played the U-21 nationals and later went on to play for the Punjab senior team in 2005.
