Asia Kate Dillon (born November 14, 1984) is an actor who plays the role of Taylor Mason in the television series Billions.[1][2][3] Dillon's character on Billions is considered to be the first gender non-binary character on television.[2][3][4] Dillon is also known for acting in the role of Brandy Epps on the television series Orange Is the New Black.[5]
Career
Shortly after graduating from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Dillon was chosen to take part in a workshop of plays that were written by Academy Award and Tony (nominated and winning) playwrights.[6][7] Dillon acted in the role of Brandy Epps, a white supremacist in eight episodes of the Orange is the New Black series in 2016.[8][9] Dillon received an Emmy award nomination for their acting in the Billions series in 2017. [10]
