Bhashaposhini is one of the oldest Malayalam literary review magazines. This monthly magazine was started by K. C. Mammen Mappilai in 1892. After a long break, this publication has been revived by the Malayala Manorama group of Publications. Contribution of veterans like Kerala Varma Valiyakoi Thampuran, Muloor S. Padmanabha Panicker, Kattakkayathil Cheriyan Mappilai and Moorkothu Kumaran had appeared in the pages of this publication.
