Tceqli (formerly Ceqli) is an [[artificial language]] which lacks [[WP:N|notability]]. There are no citations on the page except to websites maintained by the language's creator. Google searches for "Tceqli" and "Ceqli" does not turn up any coverage except for a handful of personal websites and Wikipedia mirrors. A previous AfD nomination also linked to its appearance in a list of conlangs in a magazine article: [link (Russian) https://www.nkj.ru/archive/articles/1128/]. There were claims that the language has an ISO 639-3 code, but that does not appear to be the case.
