:The changes were marked "minor" because they involved changing the text of a few links, not the content of the article itself. "Woman" is not inclusive of all female-bodied people, and the links in question are directed at all female-bodied people, not just women (and not inclusive of male-bodied women). Particularly given that one of the links is to a website belonging to a Transgender person and geared at other female-bodied Transgender people, who are not women, the respectful thing to do is to clarify that the information is for female-bodied people. Hi. We seem to have a disagreement on your recent edits to Urinal. Firstly, you are marking your edits "minor" which they really aren't. Furthermore, the term "women"/"woman" is not against the Wikipedia Neutral Point of View policy. Not to mention that it is the socially acceptable/politically correct term for a female human. The changes were marked "minor" because they involved changing the text of a few links, not the content of the article itself.
