"'Suman Kumar Mallick'" (born 05 July 1964) is an Indian politician and social activist from the state of Bihar, India and one of the official spokespersons of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee the political unit of the Indian National Congress for the state of Bihar. He became several time observer in Parliamentary and Assembly election From Indian National Congress.
