Ssebaggala Douglas is a Ugandan, living in Kampala. He studied from Makerere University, specializing in Information Technology. He is one of the active contributors to the OpenStreetMap Community especially in Kampala, Uganda, and is currently one of the organizers of mapping day Uganda events with Fruits of Thought and Mountbatten. Douglas has lived in Kawempe for most of his youthful years.
