Undone edits

Hello. I have undone a number of edits made by you to PPUK and PPUK related pages. It seems most of them were made in ignorance, and while you removed content from one area, you then asked for a citation in another area (where the citation actually existed in the area you had previously deleted).

If unsure, please post in the Talk Page and I'm sure it can be discussed. Drowz0r (talk) 18:09, 6 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I've tagged the article with a maintenance tag so that you can resolve the issues yourself. I would like to stress that parish/community level politics is not notable and that there are virtually no examples of parish councillors or leaders of minor UK political parties having their own articles in Wikipedia. I would suggest deleting references to parish/community councillors at both the top and bottom of the article and instead making reference to them in a single table in a similar manner to how they are shown on the page of the Monster Raving Loony Party, which similarly only has representation at parish level.
I don't take kindly to being called "ignorant" or having my edits described in that way. Please don't remove my maintenance tags before there is agreement that the issues described have been resolved. If you are not happy with this then I can escalate this to arbitration so that more experienced editors can assess the articles and sections in dispute. Hello. I have again corrected your edits on PPUK wikipedia page. The citations are there and are clearly visible - in fact the only citation in that entire section, is precisely the citation you are looking for. If these edits are not made in ignorance, I believe it qualifies as vandalism. Please reframe from making edits before checking the citations correctly. If unsure, please use the appropriate talk page. Drowz0r (talk) 03:46, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hi you undid my edit on the List of UK political party's under concern as to wether or not David Elston is still a councillor. I can confirm He is no longer a councillor and furhtermore he is no longer leader of the party [1] gsykesvoyage (talk) 09:07 15/03/2018
The source you have linked makes no reference to whether or not Elston is a community councillor. Please provide a source that states he's either left the Pirate Party entirely or resigned from the community council. Maswimelleu (talk) 09:24, 15 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah he lost the seat in an election, [2] see the table listing political roles entry 5 community councillor for st Athens ends may 2017 gsykesvoyage (talk) 09:47 15/03/2018
Do you have a source for the guy in Cumbria not being a councillor or having left the Pirate Party? Maswimelleu (talk) 09:48, 15 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
https://www.pirateparty.org.uk/david-anthony-elston that is the councillors page and you can see that table entry 5 shows they are no longer a community councillor gsykesvoyage (talk) 09:47, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
What about Kev Young in Parton Parish Council? Maswimelleu (talk) 16:31, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The citations were there, but with the massive deletion amounts lately it has probably been sucked up. If you go to the Cumbria page, they might still be there. His signing on, then signing off are detailed in the community council minutes.

Diagram request

Hello, I noticed that you have uploaded File:Exeter City Council political composition in 2015.svg and was wondering if you could upload a new one for File:Exeter City Council political composition in 2016.svg. I have Inkscape myself, but I'm not good at making the diagrams. The number of seats has changed from 40 to 39 (Labour 30; Conservative 8; Lib Dem 1). Thanks for your help. I will remember this tool from now on. Jolly Ω Janner 18:41, 21 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

George Turner

Hi there! The article for George Turner (journalist), who I assume you will know from the media coverage given your interests as the Lib Dem candidate standing against Kate Hoey, is undergoing a similar nomination for deletion as Liz Leffman's as a result of insufficient notability. I was wondering if you would be willing to take a look at the article, its talk page and its history and weigh in on whether you believe the article should be deleted or not? Thanks! Matt 190417 (talk) 19:53, 7 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for having taken a look! Very much appreciated!! Matt 190417 (talk) 21:10, 7 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Britain First

Just to be clear you - you removed material which was then reinstated. The removal contradicted a clear consensus on the talk page that it was a political party. You then removed the material again and I reinstated it. WP:BRD is clear on this - you made a change and it was disputed. The onus is on the person who makes a change to justify it. You have now been reverted by two editors and no one is supporting you. If you are unhappy with this and can't engagement people on the talk page then you raise an RFC. Process is very clear here. ----Snowded TALK 18:00, 4 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Idle Toad, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Preston (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:19, 21 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Aspire

I was just coming to tell you about Aspire, but I see you've already spotted it! Bondegezou (talk) 21:19, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I spend too much time refreshing Wikipedia, Bondegezou. At this stage I guess both of them need a template colour so if you find any relevant colour code for either than feel free to set up the template. If we have them both as Template:Tower Hamlets First/meta/color as we do currently then they'll be difficult to distinguish in results tables. Aspire might be represented by the red in their banner, or possibly the green. Maybe PATH should be a different colour to red since they've got the weaker claim to being TH1st 'successor'. They seem to use red branding too. As long as one is not using the TH1st colour template then we're fine for the other one to use it. Maswimelleu (talk) 21:28, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Editing on Aspire (political party) is heating up. Your input would be valued if you have a moment. Bondegezou (talk) 15:35, 6 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like it's probably Rahman and his friends. They were trying to vandalise People's Alliance as well. I think both articles should be semi-protected. I'll back you up if you propose that, Bondegezou. Maswimelleu (talk) 19:38, 6 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
