The wikilink may or may not go to an article on the correct Misto Treska, but ''a'' Misto Treska certainly ''was'' the prosecutor of [[Lef Nosi]] either way. Do you have another source to the contrary? Yes, Misto Treska was one of the prosecutors and Irakli Bozo was the main judge who sentenced to death Axis collaborators as Lef Nosi etc. The source states this very clearly and as far as I know everywhere judges & Courts give decisions, not prosecutors whose pretenses may be easily rejected. |

I think you may be looking at a different source to me, however, as the source given in the article ([https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=D4wx7kQp4bgC&pg=PA13&redir_esc=y#v=onepage&q&f=false see here]) states "The General Prosecutor, Misto Treska, ordered [Anton Harapi and Lef Nosi's] execution and the confiscation of their property". It doesn't mention Irakli Bozo at all. What source are you using? These are the official documents. Prosecutors do have their responsibilities, but judges decide. I think @Ktrimi & @Resnjari should write all the names correctly. I don’t know why they keep pushing the same POV as in SQwiki, trying to denigrate Ambassador Misto Treska. |
