The CIA is never mentioned by name in this movie. However, in the scene in which McCall is reviewing Susan's appointment book she had an appointment at "DIA HQ". DIA is the Defense Intelligence Agency. A second scene shows the Dave York character in the offices of the DIA. There is a door with the real DIA seal on it. Not everything is CIA.
