Dapo Folorunsho Asaju (born 10 November 1961) is a Nigerian Bishop and the current Vice Chancellor of Ajayi Crowther University, Nigeria.[1]

Education and career

Asaju obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria in 1983. He also obtained his Master of Arts in Christian Studies and his Ph.D. in Christian Studies in the years 1985 and 2003 respectively, from the same University at which he obtained his Bachelor of Arts.

Asaju started his career as a Graduate Assistant, in the department of Christian Studies, University of Ilorin, then became an Associate professor in 1999 and Professor of Christian Studies in 2004.

Asaju is a member of the Constitution Drafting Committee for inauguration of Lagos West Diocese and a member, Theological resource Grading for GAFCON Church of Nigeria.[1]

Personal life

Asaju is married to Barrister Harriet Seun Asaju and has three children.
