I agree with Paul, but was uncertain whether there might be any controversy. I would otherwise have put it into 'uncontroversial moves'. I believe that we can declare consensus. --[[User:AliceJMarkham|AliceJMarkham]] 05:33, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

Passed off pissed off passin' all over the place

Ok, ok, so there's this guy. He's is ...like super pissed at me. Well, it's his own damn fault.

Here I was minding my own business, trying to track down the creeps who rooked me for $15k on this aluminum "lifetime" roof. I mean , It has always leaked, there have been various folks come to goo it and poke at it with a stick and what not. I think one guy was up there waving a chicken bone over it. The one honest guy we never saw again said it needed00 ripped off and redone. then they just stopped coming.

But I digress.

The meat of the story is that this pissed off guy was using my home (the one with the Temporal Interior Waterfall, courtesy of one of Fin-All/delta /Internatioal Exteriors roofing family of revolving shady operators) as one of his company's (or manufacturer he represents) installations.

Imagine my suprise! My leaky roof! Right there on this guy's website!

First he said he had absolutely no connection with those guys. I said fine. tell me where ya got da pix! Now he wants to hide where he got the photos from.

The kicker is.......I never told any of these tin men that they could use photos of my home.

I can't even get them to come fix the roof on it.

He's pissed all right. I posted his company info just like the rest of 'em.

He said he'll sick his lawyer on me, so I call mine. First my Lawyer sais that the copy right on an image of my home is only as clear as the image. I tell him it's pretty damn clear. My guy laughs and sais "For whatis he gonna sue ya? if anyone had some permission by extension, He put his own %&& in there, by using those other guys' stuff and an image of your home without permission" wet.avenger@yahoo.com

Requested move

Passing off (legal term)Passing off — Put article back where it came from. Article was moved because someone thought that it needed to make way for a disambig page. It later turned out that the other terms were not 'Passing off' but 'Passing', so if the current disambig page was cleaned strictly according to MoS:DP, it would meet WP:SPEEDY.
