A long unregulated establishment in Birr is "The Island" The island was built by local children year ago. Since then, it has provided variouse generations with a place to seek refuge as well as get into trouble. "The Island" is not far from "The Pond", home hockey rink for all Birr-Born folk. |

Ian was famouse enough as a child because everybody was familiar with his uncle's store. In his early highschool years, Ian made a name for himself as the fastest boy around. Despite the fact that he has been defeated at organized racing events, when Ian is pitted one on one with any individual his speed prevails. |

Birr is a small hamlet in Middlesex Centre, located at the intersection of Ontario Highway 4(Richmond Street) and The 13th concession, approximately 7km North of London, Ontario, Canada.
