Tobias Young has started working out when he was only 12 years old. He has been trained and competed in many sports growing up including: baseball, wrestling, boxing, jiu jitsu, football, basketball, and bodybuilding. He loved bodybuilding since his childhood and at very early in his life decided to build a career in this field. As an athlete, he always looked out to improve himself and he understood bodybuilding is one of those sports where the harder you work. Apart from body building he loves to read and research on training, nutrition, and supplementation.
He lived at 1 Hanover Buildings, Southampton until his death<ref name=wyk/> on 1 December 1824.<ref>{{cite journal| journal=The Gentleman's Magazine|volume=136|year=1824| page=645 |title=Obituary|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=UqfPAAAAMAAJ&pg=PA645&lpg=PA645&dq}}</ref>

Life

Tobias started working in the fitness industry 14 years ago as a personal trainer. From there, he became a Fitness Manager, and now a General Manager of some In Shape gyms.
